friendly staffbusy poollimited access
the staff was friendly in every department, and the room was spacious.
I was disappointed we could only book the pool for one hour, despite plenty of notice, and spa access was unavailable. the pool was very busy. It was difficult to swim with the jacuzzi and steam/sauna fully occupied (nobody seemed to follow any time slots). it didn't feel like a relaxing 40th birthday treat as expected.

i thought the food was so good, i loved the effort the kitchen staff put into it. the staff were very friendly to me, they were always supportive. i found the room on point with the amenities working well.
i think the pre authorising credit cards at check in are a bit clunky. i had a bit of an issue with that, and i will not be staying again.
